Premium Support Project for Platform Worker's Industrial Accident Insurance
- Covers 80% of the workers' compensation insurance premiums for platform workers (e.g., delivery riders, agency drivers, freight workers) in the province for up to 9 months.

Support for Young Gyeonggi-do Workers
- Support for youth working at SMEs with up to KRW 4.8 million in local vouchers over two years, up to KRW 1.2 million in annual welfare points, and a youth pension program (1:1 matching contributions between individuals and the province to build assets).

4.5-Day Workweek Pilot Project
- Pilot optional shortened work hours with no pay cuts
- Types: ① 4.5-day workweek ② 4-day biweekly workweek ③ 35-hour workweek
- Support: Partial wage compensation for reduced hours (KRW 260,000 per person per month) and consulting support for work innovation and process improvement (up to KRW 16 million per company)
